Sofitel luxury hotels will join the French government’s initiative “So French So Good” in July, to give people all over the world “a taste for France”.

Eagerly embracing the idea, Sofitel is organizing a “French Week” at all its properties across the world.

Sofitel Wanda Beijing is enthusiastically participating in the event with a whole month of promotions showcasing the best of Gallic gastronomy.

Gastronomic tour de France at Le Pré Lenôtre

From July 7 to 14, 388 yuan (+15%) — 4-course menu, 888 yuan (+15%) —7-course menu — Chef Yannick Ehrsam has a created special menu featuring culinary specialties from different regions of France that will take guests on gastronomic tour to the French coast, mountains and countryside. Discover famous specialties such as foie gras, oysters, snails, frogs’ legs, asparagus, duck breast, profiteroles and crème brulée.

French Festival at VIC

VIC restaurant is also participating in the celebration of French cuisine and wine with a week-long Bastille Day festival and a luxurious Champagne Sunday Brunch. For these special occasions executive chef Manfredd Wimmer will grace the buffet with many French traditional dishes and VIC’s sommelier will be hand to suggest the perfect wine pairing.
