Restaurants you shouldn't miss on graduation trip to Zhouzhuang

Zhouzhuang, a famous water town in East China's Jiangsu province might be a wonderful choice. Visitors to the water town are not only able to enjoy captivating waterway views, but also have a taste of local characteristic cuisines.
Here are five restaurants you shouldn't miss on your graduation to the water town.
1. Shuizhiyun
Shuizhiyun, which could accommodate more than 800 eaters at the same time, is no doubt the largest hotel in Zhouzhuang. There eaters are able to relish the food packed with Zhouzhuang characteristics in particular with the Wansan pork shank, a traditional dish named after Shen Wansan, the first millionaire from Jiangnan, the region south of the Yangtze River Delta during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).

2. Shenting jiujia
Located next to the Fu'an Bridge in Zhouzhuang, Shenting Jiujia is a restaurant famous for serving Wansan "Eight Bowls", the eight dishes which used to be included in the banquet Shen Wansan treats distinguished guests on annul festivals.
They are composed of Wansan pork shank, braised mandarin fish, fried eels in brown sauce, stewed winkles, gluten stuffed with pork, fried eel, wheat gluten soup, and preserved smelly bean curd.
