Nine industrial parks are under construction in Pu'er, and two are provincial-level industrial parks:Pu'er Industrial Park and Jinggu Forest Industrial Park and seven are municipal-level industrial parks: Jingdong Industrial Park, Zhenyuan Industrial Park, Mojiang Industrial Park, Jiangcheng Border Trade Industrial Park, Lancang Border Trade Industrial Park, Menglian Border Trade Industrial Park, and Ximeng Border Trade Industrial Park.
Pu'er Industrial Park
Pu'er Industrial Park is located in Simao District in Pu'er, and is one of the 40 key industrial parks in Yunnan province. The construction was started in June 2006 and the Yunnan Industry & Information Technology Committee recognized it as an 'Industry Demonstration Base of Yunnan' in December 2010. In Feb 2012, the Yunnan Government named it as an 'Excellent Industrial Park of Yunnan' and in May 2012, the Yunnan Union named it as a 'Harmonious Labor Relations Park Yunnan'.
The park consists six districts of Yixiang, Munai River, Zhengwan, Lianhua, Manxieba (Nandao River) and Ning'er, which cover a total area of 55.91 square kilometers. Pu'er Industrial Park focuses on the industries of food processing, biological resource development, logistics, construction materials, wooden board manufacturing and the chemical conversion of wood.
Yixiang district covers 9.05 sq km, and focuses on the biological resource processing industry and hi-tech industry. The Munai River district covers 10.99 sq km, and focuses on the industries of tea, coffee, biopharmacy and food processing. Zhengwan district covers 9.36 sq km, and focuses on the comprehensive processing industry, and to a lesser extent, on new construction materials. Lianhua district covers 3.28 sq km, and focuses on construction supporting facilities. The Manxieba (Ningdao River) district covers 3.98 sq km, and focuses on logistics. Ning'er district involves an area of 19.25 sq km, and focuses on wooden board manufacturing, wood chemical conversion, manufacturing of new types of construction materials and logistics. Yixiang district, Munai district, and Ning'er district boast facilities including with water, electricity, roads, communication and drainage while the construction of infrastructure has not yet been completely finished in the districts of Zhengwan, Lianhua, and Manxieba.
In 2012, 148 companies settled in Pu'er Industrial Park and created a total industrial output of 3.742 billion yuan ($608,449,200). The income from the main business reached 3.374 billion yuan ($548,612,400).The invested projects included infrastructure construction for districts such as Zhengwan, Lianhua, Manxieba and Ning'er, and various industrial projects in fields such as in food processing, biological resource development, logistics, construction materials, wooden board manufacturing and wood chemical conversion.

Jinggu Forest Industrial Park
Jinggu Forest Industrial Park is located in Jinggu county in Pu'er, and is one of the eight distinctive industrial parks in Yunnan. It includes four districts: Weiyuan River, Yongping, Minle and Zhengxing, covering a total area of 66 sq km. Weiyuan district covers an area of 18 sq km, and is specialized in pulp, paper and wooden board manufacturing and wood chemical conversion. Yongping district covers an area of 24 sq km, and focuses on the green food manufacturing industry. Minle district covers an area of 16 sq km, and focuses on copper, iron, lead and zinc mining and smelting. Zhengxing district covers an area of 8 sq km, and specializes in the industry of new construction materials. Weiyuan boasts good facilities such as water, electricity, roads, communication and drainage, though the infrastructure construction has not yet been completely finished in other districts.
In 2012, 68 companies settled in Jinggu Forest Industrial Park and created a total industrial output of 2.316 billion yuan ($376,581,600). The income from the main business was 1.29 billion yuan ($20,975,400) with total tax of 27million yuan ($4,390,200).
The invited investment projects include infrastructure construction for Yongping, Minle and Zhengxing and various projects in the fields of pulp, paper and wooden board manufacturing, wood chemical conversion, food processing, biological resource development and compound fertilizer manufacturing.

Jingdong Industrial Park
Jingdong Industrial Park is located in Jingdong county and is one of the key provincial industrial parks in Yunnan's 12th Five Year Plan. The park includes two districts: Wenhei and Wenhua and the total area is 13.71sq km. Wenhei district covers an area of 3.51sq km, and focuses on the forest industry, green biological industry, silk industry and agricultural products deep-processing industry. Wenhua district covers an area of 10.20 sq km, and focuses on mining and new construction materials industry.
In 2012, two companies settled in Jingdong Industrial Park and created a total industrial output of 0.466 billion yuan ($75,771,600). The income from the main business was 0.524 billion yuan ($85,202,400) and the sum of tax was 43 million yuan ($6,991,800).

Mengda covers an area of 3.27 sq km, and focuses on forest products processing and logistics. Heping district covers an area of 0.53 sq km, and focuses on gold mining and smelting.

Mojiang Industrial Park
Mojiang Industrial Park is located in Mojiang county, and is 274 km away from the capital of Kunming, and 152 km away from Pu'er. The park includes six districts: Shuanglong, Zhetie, Tongguan, Zhong'ai Bridge, Gold Mine, and Longba Mengli. The total area is 15.8 sq km. Shuanglong covers an area of 3.58 sq km, and focuses on construction materials. Zhetie covers an area of 5.74 sq km, and focuses on agricultural product processing. Tongguan covers an area of 0.89 sq km, and focuses on modern logistics. The district of Zhong'ai Bridge covers an area of 0.68 sq km, and focuses on the food processing industry. Gold Mine district and Longba Mengli cover an area of 3.22 sq km. Gold Mine focuses on nonferrous metals mining, smelting and deep-processing and Longba Mengli specializes in nickel and cobalt mining, smelting and deep-processing.

Jiangcheng Border Trade Industrial Park
Jiangcheng Border Trade Industrial Park is located in Jiangcheng county. The park includes the districts of Mengkang, Longfu, and Baozang, and covers an area of 35.36 sq km. Baozang covers an area of 10.6 sq km and specializes in the leopolidate processing industry. Longfu district covers an area of 7.7 sq km, and specializes in agricultural products (e.g. tea, banana, coffee, rubber) deep-processing. Mengkang district covers an area of 17.06 sq km. The park strives to develop border trading and warehouse logistics and promote the development of the timber and furniture processing industry, bio-pharmacy, and food deep-processing, making full use of its status as a national port.

Mengbin focuses on coal resource processing, forestry and new construction materials. Tangsheng focuses on logistics and related supporting facilities.

Mengma district covers an area of 2.87 sq km, and focuses on light industry and border trading.

Ximeng Border Trade Industrial Park
Ximeng Border Trade Industrial Park is located in the county of Ximeng. The park includes three districts: Mengka, Natuoba, and Yuesong. The total area is 10.6 sq km. Mengka covers an area of 7.6 sq km, and focuses on smelting overseas manganese. Natuoba district covers an area of two sq km, and focuses on ethnic minority clothing manufacturing. Yuesong covers an area of one sq km, and focuses on the storage and logistics concerning mineral resources. All three districts border Myanmar and border trading is a prime source of income.
In 2012, two companies settled in Ximeng Border Trade Industrial Park and achieved a total industrial output of 77 million yuan ($12,520,200). The income from the main business was 56 million yuan ($9,105,600) and the sum of tax was 15 million yuan ($2,439,000).
