The patent search and consultation center of the State Intellectual Property Office has opened its fourth office in the Yantai Sino-Russian hightech industrialization cooperative demonstration base. Local officials said the base is a portal for international cooperation and technology transfers, and thanks to the agency, local companies no longer need to go to Beijing for patent analysis reports and translations by the patent search and consultation center.
