Updated: 2020-10-22

On the morning of Oct 9, the WTG11 wind turbine platform of the Pakistan Master Green Energy Project completed the final surface finishing, marking the successful completion of all the wind turbines' foundation pouring.

The foundation of the first wind turbine of the project began to be poured on April 10. As the area has hot weather at that time, the temperature of the gravel aggregates and pools to a very high level. In order to ensure the quality of construction, the project department formulated and optimized a special construction plan.

The project department also organized a large amount of manpower and equipment to perform drainage and rust removal treatment to ensure uninterrupted foundation pouring during the rainy season. In addition, it analyzed the time and key procedures of the wind turbine foundation pouring process, formulating a special construction plan that effectively ensured the construction progress of the wind turbine pouring.

Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, the project has overcome difficulties like shortages of manpower and materials under the care and guidance of leaders at all levels of the company. The successful completion of the foundation pouring of all wind turbines has laid a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the project.
