The Sino-ROK Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition is being held at the cultural museum in the Yulong Naxi ethnic group autonomous county in Lijiang, Yunnan province.
As many as 120 painting and calligraphy works are on display in the exhibition, 54 of which are works of South Korean artists and 66 from Lijiang artists. The works feature strong folk characteristics and distinct regional styles.
Artists from Lijiang and South Korea participated in exchange activities at the exhibition to share differing thoughts and artistic opinions in painting and calligraphy.
