The 2019 World Internet of Things Exposition (WIOT) opened in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, on Sept 7, with this year's event focusing on innovation and intelligent connectivity.
Courtesy of the China Daily website, a group of expats got to experience the exhibition at Wuxi Taihu International Convention and Exhibition Center, trying out some of the latest IoT devices and learning about technology trends.
The group checked out booths set up by traditional car makers, automotive electronics manufacturers and IoV platform service providers, as well as big tech companies including China Comservice, China Telecom, Huawei, and AstraZeneca.
They even got the opportunity to try smart home appliances, immersive VR devices, driverless vehicles, and intelligent medical equipment.
This year's expo is set to conclude on Sept 10, with its activities attracting people from all over the world.
