China's two teams both reached the semi-finals of the penultimate day of the 2019 Snooker World Cup held in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, on June 29.
China's A team of Ding Junhui and Yan Bingtao thrashed Hong Kong 4-0. They will face Scotland's John Higgins and Stephen Maguire tomorrow afternoon, both finalists of the 2015 competition.

Hong Kong brought many surprises to the tournament, qualifying from group B and competing for a place in the semi-final against China's A team. However, they failed to defeat the favorites for this year's world cup.
China's B team of Liang Wenbo and Zhou Yuelong defeated Belgium 4-2. They will now face English duo Kyren Wilson and Jack Lisowski, who scored a narrow win over Thailand 4-3.
Facing a 3-3 tie with Thailand, Jack Lisowski helped England make the final round with a top break of 48, meaning they will next play China's B team.
China are hoping to win the World Cup for the fourth time and make history.
