Wuxi National Hi-tech District (Xinwu district) held an education conference on April 10 to promote education reform in the district.
The district's Party Secretary Wang Jinjian and director Feng Xiaochun attended the conference.

Wang stressed the importance in developing education and made work arrangements for the period ahead. He said priority should be given to the development of education and construction of quality schools in the district.
The district should promote the planning and construction of schools, improve the quality of education and teachers, increase ethical standards, and continue to deepen education reform.
During the conference, four new education projects were launched – the Wuxi Xinwu Experimental Primary School, Wuxi Xinwu Chunyang Experimental Primary School, Wuxi Xinwu Special Education School and Wuxi Xinwu Children's Palace.
