The 2018 Quality Summit of QPDCA Forum – Effective Quality Management in the Age of Intelligent Manufacturing was held in Wuxi on Oct 28.
Sponsored by Wuxi Science and Technology Association and QPDCA Quality Forum, more than 400 renowned quality experts from home and abroad and elites in manufacturing quality from across the country attended the forum to discuss effective quality management in the age of intelligent manufacturing.

Six experts gave speeches during the event, including Guo Qinghua, reviewer for the Government Quality Award and head trainer for chief quality officers and professionals in brand management.
Guo shared his views on the concept of quality and its contents at different stages, noting that currently the toughest issues for Chinese products are high cost, low added value and low bargaining power.
Guo said the future of Chinese companies lies in providing high-quality and forward-looking products that meet the needs of consumers, and Chinese enterprises still have a long way to go in quality management.
Several well-known domestic brands shared their experiences and practices in quality management during the forum, including Geely Automobile, Hailan Group, Bull Electric and Fangtai Group.
Haizhi Expert Group of the Wuxi Science and Technology Association was also officially established at the opening ceremony.
