Wuxi has launched a new competition to help talented designers, makers and entrepreneurs in the creative and cultural industries find funding and bring their projects to Xinwu district.
The 2017 “Xinwu Cup” Culture Creative Competition launched with a ceremony at 3W Café in Xinwu on May 4, and the contest is now open for entries.

Participants can register for the competition via the official WeChat accounts of Xinwu district (xinwu_wx) or Wuxi makerspace incubator Co (Chuangke-WUXI) from May 4 to 31.
Entries for the first round must be submitted by the end of June and can be presented in various forms including graphic works, video clips and products.
The event, which is being jointly sponsored by Wuxi Municipal Department of Publicity and Wuxi National Hi-Tech District administrative committee, is offering generous prizes to the top entries.
