Dish name: Akabenzi Pork
Ingredients: Salt, oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chieves, sugar, red onions, celery, tomato paste, poivre
Cooking process: Mix together ingredients except onions, celery and tomato paste. Deep ribs into the mixed ingredients, mix and keep them for about 10 min. After that suppose the ribs has absorbed the ingredients. Cook the ribs for about 30 min, then add onions and poivre let them being cooked for 5-10 min, finally add tomato paste and celery for about 10 min and the dish is ready to serve.
