Wuxi is one of the major photovoltaic industry (PV) and national new energy technology development facilities in China. It has developed and introduced many leading enterprises, including Hareon Solar, Guodian, Conca Solar, ReneSola and Longi Silicon Materials, helping local PV industry become a leader in China.
The city is a smart wind turbine manufacturing center, bringing together many outstanding enterprises such as Envision Company, Miracle Wind Turbine Parts Company and Jiangsu SINOJIT Wind Energy Technology Company.
Wuxi has the only national environment protection technology park in China, bringing together about 250 environment protection firms and R&D institutions. The industry mainly consists of environmentally-friendly product manufacturing, comprehensive usage of resources, environmentally-friendly service and hygienic cleaning products.
