On April 26, Inner Mongolia’s Tongliao conducted a fire emergency exercise to practice responding to burning hotels and inns in high-rise buildings as part of their preparation for the upcoming rush season for local tourism as temperatures rise.
The simulated exercise included ringing the fire alarm, coordinating with hotel workers to fight the fire, evacuating hotel guests, searching and rescuing trapped people, dealing with a fire accident in a tall building using aerial ladders and ropes.
