Inner Mongolia elects chairwoman

Bu Xiaolin was elected chairwoman of North China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Thursday by the regional legislature.
The decision was endorsed at the fifth plenary session of the 12th regional people's congress of Inner Mongolia.
Bu, born in 1958, was appointed acting chairwoman of Inner Mongolia in March. She is a native of Inner Mongolia.
