Inner Mongolia enterprises shine at China International Cultural Industry Fair

The 12th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Fair (ICIF) opened in the Shenzhen Exhibition Center on May 12, to last 5 days. Twenty-three enterprises from Inner Mongolia are involved.

At the Inner Mongolia exhibition area, creative cultural products with ethnic characteristics including jade, handiwork, painting and other exhibits are proving favorites with the audience and other exhibitors. Wu Ren, director of the Ewenki Autonomous Banner Sun Girl Culture Development Co, who is attending the ICIF for the first time, said that she cherished the learning and communication opportunities at the fair, and would take what she learned there back to the grasslands of her hometown.

The 12th ICIF has 9 exhibition halls - one cultural industry comprehensive hall, and eight specialized ones for fashion, film and television, the "Belt and Road" displays, culture makers, an art gallery, press and publication, intangible cultural heritage items, and arts and handicrafts.

There are 2,297 enterprises in the 12th ICIF, 11 more than the previous session. Twenty-three provinces, five autonomous regions, four municipalities, and Hong Kong and Macau are in attendance, with 115 enterprises from 40 foreign countries and regions also taking part.
