Some traffic control officers in the Darhan Muminggan banner, near the city of Baotou, Inner Mongolia have decided to dress the farm animals that locals breed, especially near major roads, in a luminous collar, as a way to prevent car accidents involving animal, Baotou Daily reports, on April 8.
