North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region has a new plan to guide start-ups by universities students.
The region released the implementation plan on entrepreneurship and innovation education in universities and colleges.
The plan requires authorities, universities and colleges to set up guidance and services organizations to support graduates’ start-ups. Information services at regional and school levels will provide information on markets, national or regional policies, matchmaking and intellectual rights for them.
Start-up training policies will explore training courses for students. The plan encourages universities and colleges to frame training programs independently, or by joining hands with capable organizations, industrial associations or companies.
Meanwhile, the plan asks public organs in charge of finance, science and technology, human resources and social security to give priority to studententrepreneurship.
It encourages social organizations, non-profit organizations, public institutions and units to set up funds and provide financial support for these start-ups.
