The 2015 China-Russia-Mongolia Trade and Economic Cooperation Conference concluded on August 21 in Erenhot, North China’s Inner Mongolia, after contracting 14 projects worth 1.37 billion yuan (213.31 million).
This year’s conference focused on how to develop Silk Road economy and build a cooperation corridor.
The projects signed at the conference involved grain processing, trade logistics, cross-border e-commerce, equipment manufacturing and finance.
The three countries also reached cooperation agreements in education, tourism, commerce and industry, as well as an agreement on strengthen cooperation along railways involving the three countries. These agreements will help to solve the three countries’ cooperation problems in these fields.
A 4-day goods exhibition fair was held alongside the conference, with 1,135 booths and nearly 3,500 exhibitors from home and abroad.
