China and Mongolia contracted 19 agreements of $417 million at the 2015 Inner Mongolia and Mongolia Investment and Trade Fair concluded in Mongolia's capital, Ulan Bator, on June 9.
143 Inner Mongolian enterprises have signed agreements in areas such as air transportation, mining investment, road construction, animal husbandry and agriculture with the enterprises from Mongolia.
Investment and trade between Inner Mongolia and Mongolia saw rapid growth in recent years. In 2014, their trade volume hit $4.097 billion, up 29.8 percent since last year. Mongolia has been the region’s top trading partner for three successive years.
