As a part of the society's "One Hundred Million Suosuo" initiative, more than 600 environmentalists took part in this activity in the league's Alxa Left Banner.
Alxa SEE is a non-governmental organization started by nearly 100 entrepreneurs in China and works to prevent and control desertification in Alxa League.

The initiative of "One Hundred Million Suosuo" was officially launched by the society in 2014, which plans to plant 100 million suosuo or sacsaoul in Alxa in 10 years. Its planting target this spring is 7.5 million, with 90 percent already planted to date.
Suosuo or sacsaoul is an important tree variety in desert areas. A grown sacsaoul could help upgrade the ecology of 10 square meters of desert. Thus, SEE's sacsaoul plan was themed "Save 10 M2".
