With a total 200-million-yuan ($3.22 million) investment, the Chinese e-commerce giants, Suning phase Ⅱ project and Jingdong northeastern operation center will put into use in Hunnan New District, Shenyang, capital city of Liaoning province.

Also, an e-commerce town invested by Alibaba, will open in the district in the near future. The investment is expected to hit 500 million yuan ($8.05 million). The new project of Alibaba will cover the overall Northeast China, East Inner Mongolia and into Northeast Asia.

These successful projects help the district build Northeastern Asian e-commerce hub. It promotes the Internet Plus model where innovative entrepreneurship and people's livelihood merge together. Currently, nearly 200 renowned e-commerce and related service companies have been settled in Hunan New District.

Last year, the trade volume (B2C internet retail) of Hunnan e-commerce base surged to 12 billion yuan, five times of 2012.
