Zeng Chaoqun elected secretary of Changsha County Party Committee

Zeng Chaoqun was elected secretary of the Changsha County Party Committee, and a member of the committee's Standing Committee as well, at a county meeting on June 15, 2016.
Zeng was born in Shaodong, Hunan Province, in September 1975. He has a doctoral degree in management and became a member of the CPC in December 1998. He served as deputy secretary of the Changsha County Party Committee from October 2008 to May 2011.
