The 2015 Hunan Auto Show will take place in Hunan International Conference & Exhibition Center, Changsha, from April 29 to May 3, said its organizers on March 10.

The exhibition is expected to break records in various areas such as the number of cars exhibited and introduction of new cars. The Hunan auto show is generally referred to as “the top show in Central China” due to its capacity and scale.

As the exhibition is held right after the international A-level Shanghai Auto Show, some of the latest make cars will be air-shifted to Changsha.

During the news conference, nine major local automotive dealer groups such as Yongtong and Shenxiang signed commitments with the organizing committee, promising to provide the most favorable prices and the best service for customers during the course of the Hunan auto show.

The local automotive dealers will put 3,000 “cars on sale” during the show and offer discounts that could total up to 50 million yuan ($7.98 million).

A series of activities such as the first street dance competition, car model contest, automobile-themed photography contest and lucky draw will be held during the exhibition.

The 2015 Hunan Auto Show is co-hosted by Hunan Economic and Information Technology Commission, Hunan Machinery Industry Management Office, Hunan Daily Group, and Changsha Evening News Group.
