Changsha prolongs night bus service for high-speed rail passengers

Changsha transportation department announced Feb 10 to extend service hours of two buses departing from Changsha South Railway Station to cope with the newly-added high-speed trains during the night for the Spring Festival travel rush.
Guangzhou Rail Group, a state-run rail enterprise in charge of the railway services of Guangdong, Hunan, and Hainan provinces, decided to run high-speed trains at night during the Spring Festival travel rush a few days ago.
Changsha city, the capital of Hunan Province, adjusted the time schedules for No 135 Bus and No 124 Bus accordingly. These two buses, previously serving only till midnight will now run round-the-clock to bring more convenience for passengers travelling on late night trains, said Lei Yihua, the director of passenger traffic office, Changsha transportation bureau.
