It involves two pedestrian streets off southern and eastern Liangtang Rd, as well as modern office buildings and a commercial complex at a cost of 2.2 billion yuan. The project covers a 40,714-sq–m area and 300,000 sq m of floor space, with 180,000 sq m above ground for business, office buildings, and hotels and 120,000 sq m belowground for business and parking.
