Mingcheng International Hotel

This is the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone’s first 5-star hotel. It has 30 stories, around 100 meters tall and covers a 28,000-square–meter space with a construction area of 70,000 sq m, in all, and a cost of 1 billion yuan ($160 million) to build.

It has 410 rooms in various styles, 10 meeting rooms, dining halls for banquets, with Chinese and Western food, and 36 luxurious rooms, which can hold 2,000 people. It has a swimming pool, fitness room, salon, sauna, foot massage, Karaoke, bars, and billiards and ping pong rooms and is the ideal place for conferences, banquets, and ceremonies.
