Overview

This park started out as the as Jiangbei Industrial and Trade Zone, set up by the Agricultural Ministry, in 1994, with around 50 small enterprises, then got its current name, in 2000, as part of Changsha county’s “One zone, six parks” project.

It has a planned area of 3.17 square kilometers, with complete facilities and a pleasant environment. Its two major industries are auto parts and new construction materials and its industrial leaders are the Tongxin Industrial Co and Yinshan Construction Materials Co, known nationwide.

There is a Hunan Tongxin Automobile Support Industrial Park in Jiangbei, Changsha county, having a planned area of 458,000 square meters, with three companies already expected to move in, and with complete water, power, and roads services. The park expects the Tongxin Industrial Co to pull in auto parts manufacturers and logistics companies for a complete support industrial chain.

Advantages

It is near the cities of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Liuyang, and has convenient transport, with the Liuyang River to the east, Changsha-Yongan Expressway to the north and State Road 319 and Provincial Road 103 crossing it. It is 30 km from Changsha and Zhuzhou, which is a railway hub, and 10 km from Huanghua International Airport.
