The ninth annual Chinese Photographic Art Festival will be held in Wudang Mountain on May 23-26.

The opening ceremony will be held in the Wudang Art Museum on May 23 and the awards ceremony will be held in the Wudang Grand Theater on May 26.

During the festival, there are also "South-to-North Water Diversion Project Exhibition", the exhibition of award-winning works of Wudang, China International Photographic Competition, "International Photographic Exhibition" and "National Photography Exhibition".

The top photographers at home and abroad will gather in Wudang, to participate in forums and lectures, organized by the China Photographers Association.

The following activities will be held in Wudang: martial arts performances, Taoist and tea ceremonies.

Wudang Mountain will provide a creative outlets for photographers. The ninth Chinese photography Jinxiang awards presentation ceremony, the highest award for individual achievement in Chinese photography, will be televised.

The Wudang, China International Photographic Competition has received nearly 20 thousand entries and the "South-to-North Water Diversion Project Exhibition" has been officially launched.
