Liang Baohua, Secretary of Jiangsu Province visited Huaqiao International Service Business Park on June 7. Liang thought highly of the construction and utilization of Huaqiao, and hoped that it would keep moving ahead to become a high-level modern service complex.
Chief executive officers of provincial departments and bureaus took part in the investigation together. The investigation was accompanied by Wang Rong, secretary of CPC Suzhou Municipal Committee and standing Committee Member of Jiangsu Province, Yan Li, the Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Suzhou, and other officials.
The investigating group visited the Training Base of Service Outsourcing Talents, Kunshan Cross-strait Commercial Cooperation Zone, NSK Research and Innovation Centre, Regional Headquarters Park, Tangram Customer Interaction Center, French Capgemini and China Data Group. Liang was most delighted to see the new industry growing with vigor and vitality. After hearing the report from project principal, he raised many wise and practicable suggestions with great foresight.
At the Training Base of Service Outsourcing Talents, Liang expressed his approval of pre-employment training for building a bridge between service outsourcing enterprises and graduates, and the introduction of the famous PEARSON VUE Certificate Authority, which has established the biggest accrediting agency in the nation.
Liang viewed the planning display board of Kunshan Cross-strait Commercial Cooperation Zone, and called for constructing the cooperation zone into an influential trade-oriented exhibition area for Taiwan products.
Next, the group came to the central park for a thorough understanding of the planning and construction situation of the Regional Headquarters Park. Knowing that the area was mainly occupied by commercial offices, Liang urged that attention should be paid on rent and output in developing commercial offices, in order to maximize capacity on unit area. At the same time, the government should keep perfecting functions of service based on needs of the industry.
