Hebei Provincial People's Congress elects new chairman

SHIJIAZHUANG, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Zhou Benshun was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of north China's Hebei Provincial People's Congress on Sunday.
The election was held at the second session of the 12th provincial people's congress.
