Over 100 individuals were awarded the honorable title of “China’s Good Individuals in August.” Among them, 23 individuals (or groups) were from Hebei, making Hebei the province with the most awardees.

The award list was revealed on August 31. The winners were selected by online voting organized by China’s Central Civilization Office.

Since this year, Hebei has launched many morality-themed activities to encourage good deeds. As a result, many outstanding moral examples have mushroomed in Hebei. Hebei has taken this opportunity to actively engage in the selection of “China’s Good Individuals.” By August, as many as 80 Hebei individuals (or groups) received the honor.
