Langfang's new intelligent transportation system has expanded to cover its entire urban area. An advanced command center for transportation has been established, making real-time monitoring and dispatching possible for public transportation.

Last year, Langfang launched a structural reform in public transportation and formed a state-owned public transportation company to help re-orient the system towards communal benefit.
