Jinjian Eco-park is in the core area of Qian'an, which is north of Qian'an administration center, south of Luanhe ecological zone, and near the Olympic center and the fourth-generation city synthesis. It is the golden area of Qian'an and was thought to be used for real estate, but Qian'an government gave up 2000 million yuan in making over the land and built the eco-park to provide citizens with a better environment.

At the beginning of 2011, Qian'an spent 130 million yuan on the eco-park, which follows the idea of “Low carbon, environmentally-friendly and ecological”. The park covers an area of 66.6 hectares and is divided in to three parts: leisure life zone, science and culture zone and ecological scene zone. The dragon-shaped green area, which offers a place for walking and exercise, is designed under the idea of low carbon. The cloud-shaped green area grows many color-leafed plants to shape the garden into gorgeous clouds and create an amazing garden landscape.
