China Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group Co Ltd (CSPG) has made it into the list of China’s 500 most valuable brands for the sixth time in the nine-year ranking.
The list was compiled by World Brand Lab, an international and professional brand research institution with its headquarters in New York City. The 1999 Nobel Prize-winning economist and “Father of Euro”, Robert Mundell, serves as its president. Its experts and consultants come from Harvard University, Yale University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Oxford University and University of Cambridge.
The brand value of CSPG was put at 3.69 billion yuan, ranking 328th based on financial analysis, consumer behavior and brand strength.
As a major enterprise in North China’s Hebei Province, CSPG invests five percent of its sales revenue into the development of new products each year. The firm is working on 170 new products, including 25 country-level ones.
It also attaches great importance to the registration and protection of trademarks, registering 602 in China and 12 in 85 other countries and regions. |
