Shijiazhuang Airport is to join hands with Jin Air, South Korea’s biggest economic air carrier under Korean Air. The airline will start sending flights to South Korea’s second largest port city, Inchon, and Jeju Island, the country’s largest island, next year, an official said Monday.
The meeting was held in Shijiazhuang airport when Jin Air President Kim Jae-kun and his party came for a visit with Zhang Yanjie, the manager of Hebei Airport Management Co.
They also discussed the plan to open flights between Qinhuangdao and Inchon and were looking forward to further cooperation in more fields.
Jin Air opened international tourism chartered flights from Shijiazhuang to Jeju in June, bridging the two cities for economic and cultural exchange.
