On November 6, the signing ceremony was held for the settlement of the electric vehicle project of Beijing Zhonghua Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Dachang Chaobaihe Industrial Area in Shenzhen, symbolizing the official entrance of the Zhonghua electric vehicle project to Dachang.

According to an introduction by Geng Zhiyuan, the Board Chairman of Beijing Zhonghua Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhonghua Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. has always been dedicated to the research of fuel cell technology. Its mature technology now occupies a leading position in Chinese electric vehicle market, and has come to a marketable mass production stage. The total investment of Zhonghua electric vehicle project is RMB11 billion. After the project is completed, it will pay around RMB2 billion of tax a year and provide 1500 employment positions.

Spearheaded by Zhonghua electric vehicle project, Dachang Chaobaihe Industrial Area will build an integral industrial chain focusing on new-energy automobiles, along with their parts, components, batteries and equipment.
