The State security authorities in North China's Hebei province are interrogating four Japanese who had intruded into a military administration zone in the province to illegally videotape military targets, Xinhua reported on Thursday.

It said that authorities in Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital, detained the four Japanese after receiving tips of their activity. The case is still under investigation, it added.
