New multifunctional traffic lights with advantages of good appearance, environmental protection, energy conservation, low-carbon and high intelligence have been used in 15 crossings of urban districts in Cangzhou, Hebei province, which can be good for drivers and walkers to judge the traffic signals in long distance.
