Wang Guo'an, from Xingtai, Hebei province, performs his unique skills, which he claims is the cure of his chronic leg pain.
While gliding around on roller boards, Wang spins a basketball atop a customized helmet and simultaneously spins red handkerchiefs on each hand. He can keep his routine going for about 30 seconds.
"This is my idea and I just learned to do it," said Wang, revealing he practices three hours every night. He first spins the basketball on top of a short pole, slowly gets on the roller board, then fixes the pole onto the helmet on his head and finally spins the handkerchiefs.
"I practiced on the roller boards for two hours every day, and a week later I had them under control," said Wang. "After I began to training, the pains troubling my legs have all gone."
"Many people here came to me wanting to learn after they saw it, and I'm glad to teach them." Wang claims he currently has over 20 "apprentices," and is preparing to work a hula-hoop into his act.
