A total of 22 land lots with an area of over 1,000 mu (66.67 hectares) will be auctioned in August in Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei province, the Yanzhao Metropolitan Daily reported.

The auction of these land lots, 14 of which are located within the second-ring road of the city, has been approved by the municipal government.

These lots are priced at 3.5 billion yuan (516.44 million yuan) to start and are mainly for residential and commercial use.
