China's National Meteorological Center (NMC) issued temperature alert "blue" Wednesday, predicting hot weather will hit 18 provinces and municipalities in China,including Hebei. The temperature will be above 35 degrees Celsius in most areas and over 40 degrees Celsius in some places.
