The Tangshan Rise Sun Real Estate Co Ltd bought five land lots in Tangshan, Hebei province at 1.64 billion yuan ($242.1 million) on July 3.

These five land lots have a combined total area of 640,000 square meters and will be developed into residential buildings.

Tangshan Rise Sun Real Estate Co Ltd is the subsidiary of Shenzhen-listed Rise Sun Real Estate Co Ltd.
