Chen Quanguo, the governor of Hebei province and the leader of its provincial trade and economy delegation, met with Donald Tsang, chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on March. 24th  in HK.  

The Hebei-Hong Kong Investment and Commerce Fair is to be held at the end of this month in Hong Kong. After describing economic and social development in Hebei, Chen said Hebei attches great importance to commercial cooperation with Hong Kong, which serves as Hebei’s bridge to the outside world.
