Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has made 100 requirements to accelerate the creation of a market oriented, legalized, and international business environment in 2019.
To provide more efficient and transparent government services, Guiyang will establish a big data platform for online government services. When established, all the government services will be available online.
Over 70 percent of the government services can be processed within a service window, the materials required by the government service applications will be reduced by over 60 percent, while the time limit of examination and approval will also be reduced.
By creating a convenient business environment, private investments are expected to reach 50 percent of the total social investment in 2019. Guiyang aims to add 100 startups and 100 big industrial enterprises, cultivate 10 technology business incubators, as well as support 3,000 micro-enterprises to be listed.
The time limit for all registrations of real estate will be cut down to five working days, the tax rate will be decreased to the midstream level, the procedure of taxpaying and other services will also be reduced to save time for companies.
