During the training, they were introduced to what the rules and their duties will be during the global event, as well as learn more about their working areas in advance via photos.
Visits to the Guizhou big data comprehensive trial zone exhibition center were also included in the training, providing volunteers with a background knowledge of the province's big data development and the industry's impact on people's lives.

"We've learned a lot through the training, which enhanced our confidence to try our best to provide services during the expo," said Gao Yifu, a volunteer from Guizhou University.
Volunteers who took part in the training were also led to service stations to gain a basic knowledge of their working places.
