Registration for an app competition for the 2019 Big Data Expo opened on March 25. Those interested can find more information at the official website of the 2019 Big Data Expo.
Entries should be either an app, a form of software, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that provides R&D, design, manufacturing, operation, maintenance, and management functions to industrial companies.
The competition's organizing committee will invite industrial internet experts and representatives from industrial companies and financial institutions to select the top 20 projects according to number of downloads and user feedback.
The finals will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province and the host city of the 2019 Big Data Expo, which will be held this May. Industrial product developers and entrepreneurs will join the competition and help accelerate the establishment a national industrial internet ecosystem based in Guiyang.
The winners will receive a bonus, investment into and promotion for their app. They will also have an opportunity to cooperate with national industrial internet platforms.
