The 2019 China (Guizhou) International Folk Craft and Cultural Products Expo concluded in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Oct 27.
The expo had the theme of cultural and creative industry boosting poverty alleviation, during which six competitions were held, involving craftsman selection, handicraft innovation, and ethnic costume design.

Various exhibitions were also organized to showcase Guizhou's achievements in industrial tourism development, folk crafts from different countries, cultural products with ethnic features, as well as embroidery products and other intangible cultural heritages.
In addition, promotion events introduced Guizhou's featured products, such as tea and aquatic products, as well as the province's efforts in developing the integration of its culture industry with poverty alleviation, big data, and ecological environment protection.
