Shi Guanghui, male, Han ethnic group, was born in January 1970 in Fuyang, Anhui province. He began working in July 1991 and joined the CPC in July 1993. He has a bachelor's degree from Tongji University and the title of senior engineer.
He currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou CPC Provincial Committee.
