For the promotion of Guizhou's achievements over the past 40 years, several Indian mainstream media outlets, including The Times of India, were invited by the Chinese Embassy in India to visit and report on Guizhou for one week beginning on Oct 28.
The media guests will visit the landmarks of Guizhou, such as the Guizhou Comprehensive Pilot Area Exhibition Center in Guiyang city, the Guian New Area Big Data Industrial Park, Baling River Bridge in Anshun city, and the 500-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST) in Pingtang county.

These are the iconic destinations that can best represent the development of Guizhou in big data industry, culture, transportation construction and ecological environment construction.
In recent years, Guizhou has put the development priority on poverty alleviation, big data industry and macro-ecology. With the online and offline platforms of Indian media growing, this activity will allow the international community to learn more about Guizhou.
